2. General
   By accessing, using or downloading/uploading any materials from or to the ISNIE Website, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions listed in these Conditions of Use.The ISNIE Board or Board Designee (herein known as the ISNIE Board) may change, add or remove portions of these Conditions of Use at any time, which shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Conditions of Use prior to each use of the ISNIE website and by continuing to use the website, you agree to any changes.
3. Content of this Website
   ISNIE was formed to promote the general advancement of neutron instrument engineering and its applications to foster innovation, excellence and best practices within worldwide neutron scattering facilities. ISNIE was created by neutron instrument engineers for neutron instrument engineers and other interested parties. The Design and Engineering of Neutron Instruments Meeting (DENIM), now held under the patronage of ISNIE, has normally occurred annually since 2012. In addition, the ISNIE summer school has normally occurred annually starting in 2018. Other ISNIE congresses occur periodically with no fixed schedule. Many of the presentations, posters, knowledge sharing session results, pictures and videos from said meetings, schools and congresses  have been made or may be made available to Members on this Website (with restricted access for Corporate members).  You have the right to request that “Your Content”, including any materials authored solely by you, photographs taken of you, comments made by you, comments made by others using your name, or in general, any use of your name or image, be removed from the ISNIE Website at any time. You do not have the right to request that content be removed from the ISNIE website because you participated in a group that created that content (i.e. if you participated in a group effort, you may not request that the content of this effort be removed, other than removing your name, if it is listed, as a contributor). Also, you do not have the right to remove any content created by you, or uploaded by you, if it does not contain your name or image, and the removal of said items, once on the Website, is at the sole discretion of the ISNIE Board. If you do not request the removal of “Your Content” then you hereby give the ISNIE Board the right to include “Your Content” on the ISNIE Website. In addition, “Your Content” shall be deemed non-confidential and ISNIE members shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Furthermore, ISNIE members shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose. Additionally, you agree that any submissions you make to the Website (i.e. user generated content including but not limited to: forums, comments, messages, reviews, texts, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) may be edited, removed or transmitted by the ISNIE Board at the sole discretion of the ISNIE Board. Please note that the pages on this Website may contain copyright information or other proprietary notices, the terms of which must be observed and followed.
4. Use of the Website, registration and security You may not access parts of the ISNIE Website to which you are not authorized. As a member of ISNIE, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your  XCAMS or UCAMS account information. The ISNIE Board may revoke your access and use of its Website, or any portion of its Website, in the event that conduct by you, or use of your account, which the ISNIE Board, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of these Condition of Use. The ISNIE Board is not responsible for the content of any website that is accessible via any link on the ISNIE Website, or any changes or updates to the information contained in such websites.
